This training is an experiential learning experience. You will have your teaching manual for reference, but the most important thing is to make sure each of you is comfortable in leading a group in Laughter Yoga exercises, as well as laughter meditation and guided imagery. Not only will we practice traditional Laughter Yoga exercises, but you will also be encouraged to create your own exercises.

Registration will begin Saturday May 19, 2012 at 9:30AM. Class will be from 10AM-5PM both Saturday and Sunday. Class size is limited to 10 participants. Wear comfortable clothes – at times, we will be on the floor. This class will be at Sue’s home in Bloomfield Hills MI. Exact location, plus address and directions, will be given when payment is received.
Sue Ansari, a seasoned registered nurse, has for years combined traditional medicine with alternative therapies. She is also a certified lymphatic therapist, Cancer Guide, a raw food chef and instructor, Circle of Life Wellness Coach, as well as a certified holistic health counselor. Laughter is seamlessly woven into all.

Twice named a “Laughter Ambassador” by Dr. Kataria for her outstanding performance in the field of Laughter Yoga, Sue was among the very first Certified Laughter Yoga teachers in the US, training in 2005 with Madan Kataria in Interlaken, Switzerland. Since then, she has assisted Dr. Kataria, founder of Laughter Yoga, at numerous 2 and 5-day trainings across the US, has herself trained hundreds of students across the country and is currently a member of the Laughter Yoga International team.
